Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Boostly, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Boostly provides SaaS conversion optimization tools including onboarding flows, A/B testing, and analytics.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Boostly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
